Cigarette Regulatory in Indonesia is very no tight. Why? Is not a contrario condition compared in Europe and USA?
In Indonesia, Government has full interest with Cigarette company. “Cukai Rokok”-is called in Indonesian Language (Bahasa Indonesia) or Special Tax is the biggest profit center for government;
The biggest tax payer, person or company; both of them are come from Cigarette Industrialist;
Halim Family, Poetra Sampoerna Family are Indo-chinesse with the long history of the biggest tax payer in this country.
